This is a 1-Up USA CPR-A2000 Indoor Bicycle Trainer Pro for indoor stationary bike training. This allows you to use a regular bike indoor as a stationary exercise machine. I bought this in 2011, used it on and off throughout the years but it is now collecting dust and cobwebs in the closet. One of the advantages of this trainer is that it does NOT need the front wheel elevated like other competitors. There are a couple of YouTube videos out there and at least one written review. This is a well made all metal trainer.
There is a quick release mechanism for mounting/unmounting the bike. It's simple and easy to install any bike, unlike others where you had to hold the frame of the trainer up while somehow lining up the bike and then tightening up the knobs. With the 1up you can hold the bike and just use your feet to lock it in place. And once in, you turn the knob out of the way and with the stopper there is no way to accidentally knock it open.
There are telescoping legs That adjust in case you have un-level floors.
The adjustment tool is attached and you can install almost any size bike on the trainer (16"-29" wheel), even a kid's bike. Not something that you can do with most other trainers. And when not in use it folds to a very flat 6" which makes storage easy.
