Do-It-Yourself DIY women's vintage clown costume set. Bllowy white shirt has pom poms glued on. Hat is made from a foam cone covered with fabric and pom poms glued on; has straps to tie around your head though you may need to bobby pin them in a bit. Collar is made from tulle fabric strips tied around a piece of elastic. White pom-poms get attached to shoes. Easy and clever costume.
